- Returns are only available on door, once you have received your order refunds are not allowed. If it has any manufacturing defects, we will gladly provide you with a replacement. Simply contact our customer support team to initiate the process.
- Size exchanges must be initiated within three days of receiving your product.
- Ordering multiple items to decide upon delivery is against our policy.
- Exchanged items must be new, unused, unwashed, and with all garments attached.
